Refund Policy
Our refund policy offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all packages, with the exception of certain special offers such as STARTUP, INSTANT ELITE, or PREMIUM. If you are dissatisfied with the digital product or require changes, please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days via live chat or email at info@theanvix.com. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for refunds or chargebacks.
Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances: if a unique or custom package has been selected; if the initial design concept has been approved; if the logo has been finalized; if the website has been designed, tested, or launched; if revision requests have been made; or if the cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the project. Refunds will also not be considered if there has been no communication for more than two weeks, if company policies have been violated, if another designer or company has been approached for the same project, or if essential details were missing from the creative brief. Additionally, requests involving full redesigns, payments for domain/hosting, or claims submitted after the allowed period are not eligible.
We also do not offer refunds for changes of mind, disagreements with partners, or other reasons unrelated to the service. In cases where a client has approved multiple rounds of revisions, a partial refund of up to 50% may be granted after review by our project manager. Any refund decisions are at the sole discretion of The Anvix management. If a service bundle was purchased and dissatisfaction applies to only one component, only that specific service may be eligible for a refund—not the entire bundle. For order cancellations made before a project starts for reasons unrelated to the design service, a 33% administrative cancellation fee will apply.
